Iron Armour Gym

Designed to help you find your way in the gym, the Iron Armour Gym app provides workouts, exercise demonstrations, equipment demonstrations and much more!

The app runs you through each piece of equipment in the gym, showing you how to adjust it, set it up and use it. Each exercise in our workouts have a 12sec video demonstrating the exercise using our equipment.

This calculator can tell you what your 1 Rep Max will be by working out what weight you can do for a certain amount of reps. You can calculate this in both lbs and kgs.
